How was your career going?
After my education as IT specialist I gained some experience in the development of ERP applications for several years before working at M+F Technologies.
What is your job at M+F?
I am a software developer for COTAS, our software for automation of product transfer processes. I have specialized in programming with .NET. As software developer I am programming in backend and frontend. Customer requirements taken up by our IT project manager are programmed as features in COTAS. The software development is agile with Kanban structures and Scrum.
What do you like about M+F?
I get along great with my colleagues, we are a well-coordinated team. It is an easy cooperation that I like a lot.
It is also exciting to get out. This year I have already seen a customer’s fuel depot where we implemented COTAS. These trips are a welcome change to daily business, and it is exciting to see how COTAS is used by our customers.
I furthermore like the independent work. I get a task to be solved on my own. I can bring in suggestions and concerns and they are taken seriously.
How are the working conditions at M+F?
I have a large workplace in an office shared with 6 colleagues. The equipment is very modern – everything is as needed by a developer.
When does a working day end successful for you?
When puzzling several hours a day about a task and finalizing same this is a great day for me.
How do you imagine your future at M+F?
Within short I will take over the supervision of the IT education and I am very much looking forward to it.
What kind of people do feel good at M+F?
Everybody – we are a team with very different kind of people, it will always fit.
