For us the idea of generations counts. Being an independent family business in fourth generation, we do not think in short-term amounts, but pursue long-term goals with the necessary endurance. Permanent employment relationships as well as a very good perspective of being taken over after the apprenticeship are the rule with us.
We are a medium-sized company and within the team, we support each other. To help with advice and action during training or a listening ear of the management for the personal topics of the employees – that is what makes us special.
We stick to agreements and consultations – also on a personal level between employees. Transparent communication on all levels is important to us. Besides the every-day exchange, we also use our employees’ magazine “Spotlight” and modern communication tools.
Flat hierarchies and short distances
Participate and get involved is of demand and supported in our company. It does not matter whether you are new in our company or – as some employees have been doing – have stayed with us since the apprenticeship.
Further education and development
We are strongly convinced that a company does only develop if the employees are continuously trained and expand their skills. To reach this we look at every employee individually instead of applying inflexible personnel development. Employees do have excellent perspectives with us. From fitter to site manager or from student to project manager – these are the success stories at J.H.K.

Our projects are exciting and always tailored to the needs of our customers. Thus, we always have to adapt to new situations. Every day is different – that is what makes working at J.H.K. so special.
Regular feedback is important to us but also for our employees. Therefore, we conduct regular performance reviews.
New employees learn during their first weeks about the most important processes and our services resp. products and are trained by our experienced colleagues. However, newcomers do not have to wait too long until they are taking over responsibility.
